Training people since 1999, with a few years off to get good at the acupuncture thing.
Masters age endurance athletes who are tired of getting hurt while training. My renewed interest in training has come from my own injuries and watching my acupuncture patients recover from injuries only to find themselves back in my office with another injury during their next training cycle.
Focusing on building strength in the muscles that are often overlooked but vital in preventing injuries while training, has helped me come back to serious training after injuries to both of my achilles tendons (at the same time). This has inspired me to help other athletes reach their training goals, by preparing their bodies to withstand the rigors of their endurance training.
